recieved a e-mail stating my computer(which at the time was less then 24hrs old, just bought from best buy)had a virus and that by adding the bonzibuddy immediatly for only 21.00 would alert me instantly of a virus. after a couple of weeks recieved a credit card statement that said it was 49.00. then recieved anither e-mail stating i could become a gold member for an additional 49.00. i tried to contact this company thru several
e-mails ,which none of were answered.

i then tried thru the credit card company they had no contact #.then tried msn which had no info.i feel this was a total rip off seeing as you can add norton or mcafee for free not to mention there was already a virus scan downloaded from best buy
