Boot It, Inc. Parking Enforcement Scam Las Vegas, Nevada

On the northeast corner of Harmon and Paradise, across the street from the Hard Rock Casino and the Hofbrauhaus, there is a parking enforcement scam going on.  If you park there, somebody will watch to see if you leave the property, then attach a boot on your car.  Upon your return, you are given the choice of either paying a $200 fine or having your car towed.  The is indeed private property, and the owner is protected under Nevada Revised Statute 487.038, however, the act of asking for money is indeed extortion.  This happened to me on Friday, October 23rd, 2009.  Please contact me if you were also a victim.  I intend to pursue this, and the media will be contacted Monday.  I am new to this website, but please contact me if this website allows it.
