*REBUTTAL Owner of company: LEGAL OWNERSHIP TOOK PLACE ON JAN 2ND, 2009
I am a retail company who placed a wholesale order with Bootleggers Bluff in September of 2008. I have not received any product, nor refund. I have read about a dozen emails from them explaining why they have not sent or refunded my order (sickness, their broke, weather, you name it).
Since informing them that I would contact every link and directory they are linked to make others aware they are a FRAUD on January 13th 2009, they have suddenly sold the company. Do not be fooled by "NEW OWNERSHIP". They are SCAM ARTISTS pretending like they have no affiliation with the previous owners. There is no "NEW OWNERSHIP".

If I may offer my opinions on this matter,
Just because the business changed hands does not mean that you can go about without filling the orders.
When you purchased that business, you also purchased the orders that went unfilled. You are legally obligated to ship any products that went unshipped by the previous owner.
Failure to do so may result in criminal and civil actions being taken against you, the business owners.

LEGAL OWNERSHIP TOOK PLACE ON JAN 2ND, 2009

I took legal ownership of this business on jan 2nd of this year. You note above she speaks of sending the previous owner an email on jan. 13th of this year.
SInce the business was legally sold on the 2nd and I have proof of this matter, this does not pertain to me or my partner.
Hollie who is the business manager of diye stores rec'd the email from the previous owner on the 1st of jan. asking her how to do the transfer of business. She wrote her back promptly on the 2nd and told her how and it was transferred on the 2nd with diye stores.
This is a woman with a grudge of the previous owner, simply nothing more!!!!
She is intentionally trying to destroy my business even though I have nothing to do with what happened to her.
I have had previous customers contact me within the time I have owned the business and I have honored many of the purchases they made with the previous owner. Some of them have agreed to send me an email advising that I have honored said purchases and I have their permission to post these on the front page of my website with their emails so anyone who mite think this is still a fraud can willingly contact those customers.
This woman has also advised everyone that Doug Bride was a owner/operator of this previous business. He is the previous owners brother and had nothing to do with the business in any way whatsoever!
I will not respond to any more of these untrue allegations. I have much more important things to do with my time such as run a business and work full time.
