Well, Well, Well......It appears that Mary peck the owner of Bootlegger's Bluff is at it again!!!!! Apparently I am not the only one who has been ripped off by this person! New Ownership-Fat Chance! This woman is a Chronic Liar-if I had a nickel for every lie she's told me I would've had my refund by now. I feel so bad for the others who have been taken by her. I would strongly suggest that those of you who have lost money, file a judgement against her and quickly.
In addition to what I have done-she has been reported to the IRS, my guess is she is also hiding income....if she's legitimate I'm sure she has a Federal ID number or at the very least using her Social Security number---Tax Season is here and so are audits! If she says the business is under new ownership, make certain the new owner is not named Julie Bride as this is her supposed daughter with Cancer! Yeah right! She's a con artist, a predator, a thief!!!! She makes a living by stealing money from people via the internet, plain & simple. There's a place for people like this-she'll get what's coming to her....it's only a matter of time.

A couple weeks ago I received a letter from PayPal regarding a dispute that is now 4 months old. The decided in my favor. They also went as far as to let me know that numerous times Mary Peck was DENIED appeals for limitation. This is because she owes many much! She is not Paid In Full and there are many others whom she owes money to. This is NOT OVER-not by a long shot!
How hard is it to at the very least mail people what they paid for????? I mean really!!!! Where are the stacks of stencils and paints and wood, etc...that she claims to have sold to another at this point?????
If there was a SHEAR STUPIDITY award-she would win by a landslide. My God, if you don't want to refund people their money-the least you can do is mail them what they bought!!!!
You don't have the right to walk around acting like the VICTIM in this matter-you tool money from people and didn't deliver their goods-what did you expect????? DUH!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Lauray, No doubt Mary Peck & Bootleggers Bluff has succeeding in rendering many 6 shades of pissed off! Here is what I have done thus far, she has been reported to the IRS, that's just for starters. Local Law enforcement has been made aware of the thefts on her behalf as well. Both agencies are investigating at this time. I am waiting to hear back from the Police Department there. PayPal plays an important role inall of this as they are fully aware of the numbers of people who have done business with her and never had their items delivered nor monies returned.
Mary Peck spent a great deal of time shooting her mouth off on this site and insisting that there was no wrong-doing on her end. Well, all of us can't be wrong!
