Bottom Line Books They are sending me books that I did not order and billing me for them. I am sick of it !! Des Moines Iowa

I have been surfing the internet for health information ( free information) and have gone to Bottom Line books website to look at different areas of health information that I am seeking. I have been getting books in the mail, that I certainly did not order !! They just keep sending them to me and billing me, and I email them and write them and get no response.....

I am in the process of returning the books but it costs me postage and shipping !! What a mess !! I am sick of business practices that are underhanded. This is about all I have to say, I just hope that maybe everyone who has had this experience with Bottom Line Books will voice their opponions about this company. If enough people speak out then hopefully we can stop companies who make promises they cant satisfy and that send merchandise that was not ordered and try to bill people for this merchandise.
