Luther Cuthbert of Boundless Business Solutions out of Ellenwood, Georgia adverstised on craigslist that his company could secure credit card funding with no upfront fee. Once the credit card is approved and received by the client a fee would be paid to him out of the creditline. Cuthbert got me an approval for a 25k line of credit through Navy Federal around September of 2014. Once I received the card and activated it, I paid the agreed upon fee which was about 3k. 3 months later I got a notice from Navy Federal that my account was being suspended pending an investigation. Navy Federal security invited me in to meet with their investigative team and told me that the account is being cancelled since I do not meet the qualificatiions to open an account there. I contacted Luther Cuthbert about it. He claimed he would gladly return the money. I told him that once I receive the invoice from Navy Federal I will forward it to him and he can remit the money right away.

Apparently Luther Cuthbert falsified information on the application he submitted in my name so I would get an approval. He took 3k from the line of credit and now he refuses to refund the money or respond to my emails and phone calls.

I highly recommend that Boundless Business Solutions and Luther Cuthbert of Ellenwood, GA be avoided at all costs. Since he could be operating under aliases and various locations out of Georgia avoid this person at all costs!!!!!

Only because I have a friend who works in law enforcement was I lucky to receive back most of the money I lost. Once my friend found out that he is a felon and has convictions for similar crimes and has done time was he willing to pay most of the money back.
