Boww Down Auto Sound ripoff Costa Mesa California

This was the worst experience I have ever had. At first when I went to purchase my stereo equipment for my car, they told me that they had a lifetime replacement warranty on their items no matter what since they were an "authorized dealer", a few months later, my speakers blew.

I took them back and they made me pay a fee for them to ship them back to the company for repair, not replacement, like they told me when I bought them.

I mis-placed my reciept and explained the situation to the owner, Bruce and he said quote, you're assed out!

I will never do business with them again, first got bait and switched, then received profanity from the owner none the less.

I have purchased several systems for my cars and have never been treated so unfairly and un-professionally
