Boyajian Law Offices ripoff Rutherford New Jersey

I received a collection notice from "Boyajian Law Offices" stating that they were giving me notice of the outstanding indebtedness to NCO/ASSIGNEE relating to telecommunication services provided. The amount: $473.30
I have never had an SBC account in my life!

So I called to see what was going on and the lady that answered basically told me everything I stated above plus... she even verified the last four digits of my social security number! Beyond that, she wasn't interested in my story, rather she said that I could write a letter disputing the claim within 30 days!

Before I did that, (and just out of curiosity), I typed the law firm's name into a search engine on the internet and, lo and behold, their name came up everywhere! After reading information on several websites about how scandalous they were, I felt both better and worse at the same time!

Anyway, I am in the process of writing a letter to decease and desist to them as well as following some other recommendations I found helpful on these sites.
