The former owners of Bio Performance, now operating as BPI Worldwide,Inc now operating out of Utah are up to their old game and maybe with some new twists.
BPI has been taking multiple withdrawls out of my checking account for the past 4 months without my approval. Part of the problem is that I do not get most of the product to match these unauthorized withdrawls.
BPI customer service tells me they do see these transactions on my account. They say they are only taking one withdrawl monthly. They want me to ask my bank for proof of these transactions so they can take a look at my records. Also my only action would be to discontinue my "auto ship" order by filling out their cancellation form, in which case they will remove all of my accumulated business volume and subsequently be removed from their distributor list thereby forfeiting my position in the multi-level tree.
As was the case in the Bioperformance Company there seems to be no way to contact the Corporate office nor the owners for resolution of my problem. The Customer Service Manager does not take calls or seems to be unreachable by telephone.

d**k did finally abide by the terms and conditions and did submitt a form to stop paying his monthly orders which were completely optional. The multiple charges come from paying for more than one reps monthly orders of which all were shipped and recieved. The terms do not require the optional monthly orders, but since BPI is a real business and it does require real sales to earn income we must in our terms and conditions require sales volume as one of our requirements. Sorry that d**k did not completely understand the terms he agreed to. We have resolved the stopage of his optional orders. Again we are sorry that sales must occur, but we are not a recruiting money game and sales of product is a must in order to be paid compensation.
