Bradley, Stein & Locke Rude, Incompetent Liars Oxnard, California

Agents from Bradley Stein and Locke have been calling our place of business for months now. They want to get a hold of our owner who is not always here. The debt in question is not valid, and the times that our owner has talked to them, he has continually asked them to speak to his lawyer and to stop interrupting our place of business, and to stop harassing the employees.

If we tell them the owner is not here, we are called liars, and other names. They threaten our jobs and we are told that our owner is a deadbeat among other things.
When we ask to take a message they launch into a whole story about what they think about the debt. "What your owner basically did is..." and threaten our jobs again.

We have continually asked them to leave us out of it. Let us take a message or contact our owner by mail or to speak to his lawyer. They told my coworker to "shut up sweetheart and make some coffee for your owner while you get him on the phone."

They use fake names and are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Sometimes they say they are lawyers or use another name and say the case has been forwarded to their desk, but it sounds like the same voice every time.

I know for a fact that if the owner of our company ever intended to pay what they say we owe, their harassing tactics have done the opposite of what they claim to do. I seriously doubt they will ever get a penny from him now.

I have never seen a more ghetto operation. If you want money from people who legitimately owe you money, I suggest getting a reputable company or hiring your own lawyer.
