I have been a life time hosting member since 2010 and here about nine months ago my two domain sites went down and I have been trying to get ahold of BrainHost , first their phone number no longer worked then after sending several request to support@brainhgost.com to find out what was going on. The latest is I get back that support@brainhost.com email I sent is "undeliverable " according to demon email return service.. So I guess the compny must be out of business and all it's customers like me that have paid several hundreds of dollars are just out in the cold... Brainhost = ripoff liers......
