I spoke to a Brandon DiBernardo, only, in all of these instances. While a Michael DiBernardo was never mentioned by name, I did see his name written down in several different places, and it is tied to several other reports listed on this website, also tied to Brandon DiBernardo, so I believe that Michael DiBernardo should be listed in this report as well.

I was brought on by Brandon DiBernardo to work for his company, Nyla Interactive. My position was to run a website, www.fifthtech.com (which has been taken down as of this writing). I was to provide content, as well as manage other writers. I was also supposed to run another website, www.fifthluxe.com (which is also down), but that site never officially launched.

I was hired at the beginning of January. Through an agreement with Brandon DiBernardo, which was reiterated on my written employment contract, I was due to be paid at the beginning of every month, starting in the beginning of January. Through all sorts of excuses, mingled in with non-communication and disappearances, Brandon DiBernardo danced around paying me month after month.

He even tried to give me a personal check, to cover funds that had not been provided by Nyla Interactive, but that check bounced. Three times. Even after he "guaranteed," that it would work, and everything would be fine.

As of this writing, I have not heard from Brandon DiBernardo in almost two months, even after several tries to get in touch with him. He has all but disappeared. I have also heard, from another direct source of his own, that he is currently in the process of moving to New York, from California, so it would be safe to assume that I will not hear from him again.

Also, at the time of this writing, Brandon DiBernardo, the Interim CEO of Nyla Interactive, and Nyla Interactive as the company, owe me $36,000. At this point in time, I wish nothing more than to receive the funds that I am owed, so that I can completely sever any ties to this individual, his company, or any other company he may ever launch.
