Breeder Network Worst puppy seller Coral Gables Suite 501, Florida

This Company cannot be recommended at all. My experience with them were very disappointing and sad. If you love dogs and want to get a puppy from a reliable dog breeder do not buy a dog from Breeder Network. To look for available puppies on the Breeder Network Homepage you must sign in and give your telephone number, after doing that they call (several times) and tell you stories about puppy mills and how detestable the puppy mill methods are. They assure you that Breeder Network is considerate and against puppy mill or backyard breeding, they want to make you believe that the only work with experienced and caring dog breeder, which are chosen very carefully. They ask you for an interview to test if your ready for a dog. The questions are ridiculous, everyone who is not an idiot can pass this interview (they ask for example questions like: "are you a heavy smoker"). After purchasing the puppy I asked several questions about the breeder and the litter, I got my puppy from. It was very difficult to get information. I really had to impose pressure on them to get the possibility to talk to the breeder. I even cannot say if I really spoke to the breeder, maybee the call was set up. I dont know. The breeder promised to send over pictures from the parent dogs but I never received them. I wrote several mails to aks for the pictures but nothing happend. The costumer service told me the puppy would be shipped and the flight will take 2 hours and the dog would be accompanied. Not one word was true. In fact the dog was shipped cargo a flight which took 4 hours. The little one was approximately 6 hours or more in a smal crate (they charged 65 Dollar for the crate, which is a rip-off) on newspaper with rotten food, no water. No toys as they told me, no papers, nothing. They called to tell me the dog was already at the airport (2 hours before scheduled) and it took me about 1,5 hours to get to the airport. A caring person would have told me that the dog took a flight earlier to give me the chance to make it to the airport in time. I was really mad. And the dog in his crate all by himself was scared to death. After I got him, I drove to the vet, which found out that the dog was treated with very agressive chemicals to get rid of parasites. He also had ear mites. I paid additionally to the expensive dog (they charged 1.600 Dollar) 265 Dollar for the vets visit. Breeder Network sell you a health insurance which is a total joke. Read the guarantee carefully and you will find out. My dog had this disgusting ear mites and a strong underbite, when I asked for a reimbursement I never heared back from them. The dog is now doing fine but I took me a lot of care and love to gain her trust. I dont think that the dogs were treated well. Maybee I supported puppy mill methods, who knows. I will try to do my best to warn everyone not to buy from Breeder Network, thats why I wrote this report. I hope other people who made bad experience with the Breeder Network take their time too and write a rip off report. Please be very careful by choosing a breeder if you wish for a healthy and good puppy. You will find responable breeder at the Axxxx Kxxx Cxxx (((REDACTED)))or in the Magazine "Pxxxx USA".
