I entered a contracted agreement with Alarcon law group to have my mortgage restructured. The restructuring was then handled by Brett Margolin Law offices. They where responsible for handing over any requested paperwork to the mortgage company. This went on for about a year, during which my file was transferred from the New York office to a Clearwater Fl. office then back to New York. The law office failed to send the requested paperwork while also loosing paperwork.
This resulted in the mortgage company closing my account for restructuring. I have also sent in a complaint to the New York Attorny General's Office. I have been unable to make contact with the law offices to request return of fees paid, $2,000.00.

I contacted Alarcon Law group from a mailer I received. I called the 800 number provided and
spoke with a representative of Alarcon. I still have the original mailer. I signed a contract
agreement with Alarcon to handle a mortage renegotiation. Alarcon turned over the renegotiation
process to Brett Margolin. A later attempt to contact Alarcon via the same 800 number on the
mailer was negative. A representative from a different company answered and said they
were not affiliated with Alarcon or Brett Margolin. The number on the card is 888-643-7147

I cannot assist you with the information you provided on this website, as it is incomplete and will allow any complaint whether true or false (search RED ELEPHANT LOUNGE in PLUM ISLAND NY for an example- it doesn't even exist).
