Facts 1. Automobile was stolen2. Plates were stolen 3. Tools were stolen 4. Vintage German Flaregun was stolen 5. Police report was made. 6. NRA was contacted due to stolen gun 7.USCCA was contacted due to stolen gun 8. Many witnesses became involved. 9.Public records   did indicate everyones involvement in the Thief of the stolen Property without the Approval of the State Legislator and Approval of the Owner. 10.
