Facts 1. Automobile was stolen 2. Plates were stolen 3. Tools were stolen 4. Vintage German Flaregun was stolen 5. Police report was made. 6. NRA was contacted due to stolen German flaregun 7.USCCA was contacted due to stolen German flaregun 8. Many witnesses became involved. 9.Public records did indicate everyones involvement in the Thief of the stolen Property without the Approval of the State Legislator and Approval of the Owner. 10. Undisputed fact on September 14, 2017 to September 28, 2017 BRIAN BORRA and H FINE did possess the stolen property according to public records. 11. The co-conspirators according to federal public records the involvement ARIGO,HAAUSMAN,Jane Doe 1 to 2, John Doe 1 to 2, ADAM SAPERSTEIN and other Felonies. 12. Previous extortion attempts were made by ARIGO for his personal gains and/or Criminal Misappropriation of funds, Without approval of the State Legislature and without the approval of the Owner of said personal property. 13. ARIGO,BRIAN BORRA, H FINE, ADAM SAPERSTEIN,et al have failed to produce the injured party and Insurance claims to be compensated for loss. The burden of proof in all cases always rests with the Parties asserting the claims, Lets call them Plaintiffs/ Claimants, We need to teach English and teach how to comprehend English with The Rule of Law. Updated - On March 28,2018 - Fraud artist, car thief, did in fact Vandalize the Automobile of another without consent from the Owner including (a)mischievous behavior knowingly, intentionally and criminally breaking the front windshield and (b) breaking the passengers door window. (C)He attempted to steal the high beam lights off from the front (D) Drawing all over windows. This kind of Criminal Mischief is really uncalled for. His Co- conspirators are Auctions International, Mrs SAPERSTEIN, ADAM SAPERSTEIN aka The Town, JOHN DOE aka Tow Truck Driver, ARIGO, Key Bank, NA is the bank where his illegal Misappropriation Funds was criminally to Misappropriated to. Upon investigating the Routing number and Owner of the Account Key Bank, NA as of April 6, 2018 came back as RUSS SCHERRER. He is the Master Mind of BRIAN BORRA’S criminal organization. These criminals are highly known to Falsified Business Records. It won’t even be shocking the a Fictious Aliases. The individual that purchased the stolen car from BRIAN BORRA was junkman01 his alias legal fiction/ Strawman came back as a NICHOLAS ZIKOS.

Update on investigations- 15. BRIAN BORRA - Auto stripping- Removal of Front License Plates- Removal of Front bolts holding flood lights. Removal of 4 heavy duty metal fence beams on top of the roof. Illegally entering automobile without consent to steal/ Removal of work tools, vintage German Flare handgun and whatever he feels like stealing. 16. BRIAN BORRA’s Personal Gains/ Criminal Misappropriation of Fund were directed to AUCTIONS INTERNATIONAL as pertaining to Public Records. Undisputed Facts Stolen Property was in possession by BRIAN BORRA selling stolen property. Still speaking English here. 17. AUCTIONS INTERNATIONAL did Aiding and Abetting and conspire involvement of Stolen Property to transfer Criminal misappropriation of Funds, to KEY BANK, NA - Routing Number 0213000077 His Account Number 007900702601 again Public Records 18. Stolen Property was Purchased by JUNKMAN01 involving him in felony possession of stolen property. 19. Let’s recap- Felony Car theift turned into (a)Felony Criminal Misappropriation of Funds Without signed delegated Authority from Congress (b) Without Signature of owner, in English let’s call this Consent. 20.
