Bridgevine - Comcast.com BUYER BEWARE Internet

Before being taken to the cleaners I did the math after doing some research. Bridgevine is a "Third Party" independant company selling Comcast packages and is not Comcast.

The current High Speed Cable Internet Promotion of $150 cash back, a free $59.95 cable modem after rebate (+ $14.95 shipping), $33 a month for the first three months then $59.95 a month after the promotional period is a "Ripoff".

If you are fortunate enough to receive your rebates, your first year service will cost you $503.50 +tax. If you give up on fighting for the rebates your total jumps to $713.45 +tax.

If you purchase your own cable modem for $60.00, contact your local Comcast provider and sign up for a year at $29.95 a month, your first year will cost you only $419.40 +tax.

I hope this will save some of you the burden of being taken advantage of!
