At the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, three of us bought certificates to have our teeth whitened. We all had the same experience when we went to the dentist in Torrance, CA whose name and address we were given to do the procedures we paid for.

After examining our teeth dentist Robert Mondavi told us that he could not whiten our teeth with the "one hour procedure" we had paid for until he did at least $2000 of additional work on our teeth. We all go to our own dentists regularly and know that our teeth do not require this additional work he insists is necessary.

I don't know if the Bright Ideas people are orchestrating this scam or if it is the dentist but 3 of us who purchased certificates at Race for the Cure to have our teeth whitened feel that we have been ripped-off!

In defense of Bright Ideas Marketing

AUTHOR: Tracey - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 18, 2008

At Bright Ideas Marketing, Inc. we take complaints such as this one very seriously. The doctor mentioned in this complaint was asked off of our marketing program because we do not condone this behavior. In some cases patients do require extensive dental work and are not allowed to whiten their teeth. However, if a dentist says that work is required when this is not the case, the dentist is immediately asked off our program because we do not do business like this. Any patients that have an experience like this one needs to immediately contact our company and let us know so we can take care of the problem. This is not a scam!!
