British Lotto Commission Rapid Disbursement Company ripoff fraudulent you are winner of 3rd category drawing of 165,000 Oakville Ontario

Received a letter from British Lotto commission stating that I had won in the 3rd category drawing--$165,000. Enclosed is a very official looking check from Architectural Floor Solutions in Guntersville, Ala. for $2800.00 with instructions to deposit check and send them 2800.00 to cover cost of taxes and clearance fee.

The letter states that I can contact Rachel Henson of Fred Simms of Rapid Disbursement Co. and the word subsidiary is misspelled.When I called the tel. number the message stated that all agents were busy and to leave message. Then the recorded message said the mailbox was full.
