I ordered Comcast internet through broadband national which was offering the following promotion:$19.95 for 6 months, a $50 rebate, and a free MP3 player. All I had to do was fax my first month bill within 15 days - which I did!
I received the correct price for 6 months but have never received the $50 or MP3 player.
When I call the numbers listed, they say they will call back within 24 hours - they NEVER do!
When I e-mailed them, they state someone will respond within 24 hours. NEVER happens!
I called Comcast and they state I have to contact Broadband National - which is IMPOSSIBLE. You can never speak with a "live" person!
What a fraudulent advertisement! I had other offers to choose from but chose Broadband National. Beware!

Broadband responds but sent faulty MP3 Player

Within one week, Broadband responded to my complaint (thanks to Rip-off). They promptly sent me a check and the MP3 player. However, the MP3 Player they sent does not work!

I was sorry to read the problems Mb had with his Comcast order with Broadband National. We are always striving to do our best to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their order.
Mb can contact Alma Ramos directly at 772-316-1029. She is in charge of rebates here at Broadband National. If you do not get anywhere with Alma you can contact me at markb@broadbandnational.com
I know that Alma just recently sent out a large shipment of checks and MP3 players, hopefully yours was one of them.
