Broad Band National ripoff Comcast High Speed Internet Rebate Vero Beach Florida

Got postcard saying rebate denied. Spent an hour making many calls back & forth between Broadband and their vendor whose rep spoke broken english.

Finally was told denial was an error--I already knew this which is why I was calling--and they would correct and mail rebate check but I needed to provide an "MOS number." Rep could not tell me what that was or where to find it and refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

Back to Broadband--another 15 minutes of hold time and transfers--then stuck in a voicemail that I couldn't opt out of--called again, same story only this time they just hung up on me. Obviously they don't expect people to send in the rebate docs and forms, and if you do, they will just simply deny anyway.

Such a scam. Too bad companies like Comcast and Verizon sully their reputation by partnering with this kind of organization.
