* And, of COURSE, if one chooses to cancel future shipments, they must contact THEM (within a pathetically inadequate trial period of time) to cancel future shipments- but will STILL most likely be charged anyhow!


MY idea for transaction improvements (and I imagine this covers the majority) would be for CONSUMERS (NOT COMPANIES) to have first dibs as to whether or not they want future shipments sent beyond any trial offers in the FIRST place!!! Simply put, the mandatory default option should be one that automatically DISTONTINUES AND FORFEITS future shipments!! Unless, of course, one agrees to such idiocracy.
