Brooke Sloane Properties Mark Took My Hard Earned Money From Me and My 5 Kids Tampa , Florida

I was contacted on March 3rd by Brooke Sloane Properties.  They said they would help me get into a house and help bring my credit score up within 10 months to get me establised for a home loan.  It was $50 for the credit report which was the same with similar companies. They took my information and debited the $50 from my account.  The contact person that I had called me back and said that her boss and her spoke and decided that they would help me immediately, because of my situation.  Single Mom of Five and trying to move forward.  She sent via Email pics of a couple of homes.  On the pics the homes seemed ok.  You could tell they needed a little work but nothing major.  I went to the homes which were right next to each other.  They both should have been condemned! Called the contact person back and let her know about the properties and their conditions. She apologized and we agreed I wouldn't move there. But she had already debited from my account $1200.00 for the down payment.  So I took some more addresses from her and nothing was suitable.  These homes that they have are supposed to be ready to move into with a lease to own option.  A few days went by and found a house on the list and it was Okay, but not ready to move into.  The pipes for the plumbing was missing.  I told her I liked it but its not ready and I'm not sure. A few days went by she phoned me and said that someone would fix the plumbing and that I would meet with the realtor the next day.  I told her then that I didn't say I want the property. She told me she was sure that I would like it and had debited the $139.00 from my account.  She apologized and said okay the company has another list coming and she would give me addresses.  I didn't here from her for a week.  I emailed on 3-18-10 & let them know that I wanted my money back.  The lady that I was in contact with was fired. I requested my money back on March 26 via Certified Mail. They gave me a new contact person, she quit and then there is Jim.  Can never get ahold of him.  I sent emails and certified letters, contacted them through their site and still have not gotten my money back. It is now 4-9-2010.
