I was a victim of Sanders and his schemes. My three children and I walked into a horrific, trashed town home. Our personal belongings were taking, my home was trashed, and my childrens things were violated. need less to say that Sanders admitted to police to even having some of our belongings at his office! What got me upset is that I did everything I needed to do to get that jerk out the streets and police procastinated to do so, but when I saw this web site I cracked a amile and said to myself "finally this asshoe is caught", and he can't do what he did to me to anybody else. 

If you have a run in with Mark Sanders, then Detective Wayne Robinson of the Tampa Police Department would love to here about it.  His office phone number is 813-276-3639.  According to Officer Robinson, Sanders was investigated for almost a year by his previous department.  This officer knows what kind of guy Mark Sanders is and would love to refer any case you have to the right people in the Tampa Police Department.

This scum bag is at it again.  He's launched a new company to try and run away from Brooke Sloane Properties and their deceit.  Don't fall for his lies! Once a con artist, always a con artist.  Do your research and stay away from this guy!

I too worked for BSP for a few months. I drank the koolaid and thought, "What a great program for all of the families who lost their homes to foreclosure. It's a second start." But it only took me one week to see that while the company was collecting the background check fees, the $39/month "build your credit" fee and hefty deposits, there was NEVER ANYTHING put into place to improve credit scores. These hurting families were desperate and trying to survive and Mark Sanders slaughtered them financially. He knew there was nothing tying his company to the credit reporting agencies that would boost their credit monthly. All he cared about was getting monies in and where his next fix would come from. While I was there, he was admitted into the hospital - OD. (his handyman's wife worked at the hospital). He said it was because of breathing issues similar to pnemonia. However, he never once had any respiratory treatments afterwards. He also pill shopped. The sad thing was that his wife had to drive him everywhere he had to go because he can NEVER drive again...after the habitual DUIs - one with serious injury.

He had a charisma that made people want to believe what he told them but at the end of the day, I don't know a single person whom he didn't take from. I know for a fact that he milked $50,000 out of a title company. He promised to send them BIG business because he was building something HUGE where lenders would sell him their foreclosures for pennies on the dollar and these title companies would be lining up to work with him. The poor title company owner got taken for $50G (WAY ILLEGAL). Mark brushed him off and NEVER sent a SINGLE buyer his way. Mark also ruined his accountant Randy's credit; by purchasing homes in Randy's name and then letting them foreclose. He didn't even have the decency to give Randy the rental income when he rented them to folks "improving their credit". HE KEPT THE INCOME FOR HIMSELF. Can you believe this guy???

It took 2 days of ENDLESS meetings in which he would go on and on about how brilliant he is and how FABULOUS his wardrobe was. (oh yeah, and how many thousands he spent on caps for his rotten teeth - that's what meth does...) I decided I would get as far away from BSP as possible. I definitely didn't want my name or license tied up with his or his company's. He also has a loser sidekick named Jimmy who was an absolute pain in the a*s. He sat in his cubicle all day doing NOTHING. Hope they're happy together...poor Eliana, she had NO CLUE what she was marrying into...

Mr. Sander's is a true example of Scam Artist that prey on innocent and hornable citizens.

 I purchased a number of furnitures from Mr. Sanders on Monday, June 28 for $1,500 and he requested a $500 deposit.  He promised that he was not going to cash the check until the day of pick-up.

 The day before the pick-up, he did not answer my phone calls,  On the day of the move, he still wold not answer the phone and/return the calls.  Finally, I drove up to his house (mansion) and his wife and dog (hunter) came to the door.  She told us that her husband workd all night long (4th of July) and he was sleeping.  We informed her of the situation and she asked if we wanted to see the furniture.  Well, when we went upstairs to see the bedroom set. - it was gone.  Apparently Mr. Sanders sold it this was told to us by his wife.  In other words, he sold the property that I had purchased.  This terrible scam artist sold the furniture twice. 

 As of right now, we do not have any of the furniture and we are out of $500 check that he has cashed.  It's been over 12 hours of this last incident that we went to his house and he still has NOT contacted us.  This guy is a true scam artist.

I have worked with Mark in the past and have referred many investors. Almost all the investors that purchased the BSP program had lease to own people in their investment homes within the first 30 to 60 days. The others took a bit longer because the house wasn't as marketable.

Mark has one of the most creative and all encompassing programs I've seen. Trust me, I wouldn't still refer people if I thought there was ANY funny business.

As far as any past personal issues, thats none of my business and I believe that few of us go thru life unscathed. Let he (or she) who is without sin cast the first stone.
