IT'S  BEEN   TWO   YEARS.   And   this  thief   who  owns   this business   in  Grove,  OK (  74344  )   will  not,   repeat ,   will   not   take   responsibility   for    destroying   and   tealing   through   conversion,   my   300    dollar    timepiece. The   owner   is  a  THIEF,   plain  and  simple.   When  you  are a   professional   jewelry  maker,    you   have  to   be bonded.    That   means   you   have  to  have   insurance to   cover   the  property   that   you   destroy.

But,  folks,   no  such  thing,   here.   This  man   gave  my beautiful,   valuable   timepiece  to  silly   clerk,   with two   weeks   doing   cash  register  work,    to   repair.  

WHY   WOULD   HE  DO  SUCH  A   SILLY,  STUPID   THING ?

I  have   utterly   nop  idea.   But,   the   clerk   destroyed my   timepiece.   He   tried  to  blame   the    timepiece.

But,  in  doing   this,   he  showed   his   total  criminality in   doing   this.    Now,   he  has   had  my   timepiece for   TWO   years,   and   still......will   not   be   responsible for   it's   destruction.

Wow sir: You need to go to a doctor and get some anti-psychotic medication. Your reaction to what an employee SAID that the owner alledgedly said is absolutely way over the top.

The pictures you posted are of an Invicta #6713 sea SPIDER(NOT VENOM). The band IS made of stainless steel AND POLY/RUBBER which will dry rot with time.

Regardless, you took a (nice!)watch to the jeweler, the band was damaged/destroyed, not the watch itself, you then ABANDONED the watch, waited a period of time, and then went BERSERK and absolutely, without a doubt, committed deliberate DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER/SLANDER to the letter of the law in every way possible.

I suggest that Brothers Jewelers print this entire debacle out and take it to an attorney and sue you for defamation causing damage. These postings will be all the proof needed for a slam dunk verdict.

Just my opinion.......PSYCHOTIC!.....your watch band got messed up.....AND YOU DID THIS??

This  rebuttal   is  the   third  rebuttal,   in  a   series  of   rebuttals,  

which  are  designed  to   make   jewlery  customers   and   potential

jewelry   customers  in   Grove, Oklahoma;   Delaware  County,  Oklahoma;

NorthEast  Oklahoma,   South East  Kansas,   and   NorthWest  Arkansas,

understand  that   the   worse-than-silly,   worse - than  -  stupid,  

hysterical, and   worse - than - juvenile   reply  to  my   RIPOFF  REPORT,  

only   serves  to  justify  the   RIPOFF  REPORT   and  the   language  used

therein,   to make  my   several  points,   that   BROTHERS  JEWELERS,

in  GROVE,  OKLAHOMA,   is   a   RATS'   NEST   OF   THIEVERY,  AND  

AND   TOTALLY  DISHONEST  CUSTOMER   MISHANDLING.

In  the  stupid,   juvenile,  and  hysterical   reply   to  my   RIPOFF

REPORT,   this  business  owner   is  telling  me,   that   after   leaving  

my  good  and  valuable  Chronometer  there,   he   admits  to  passing  

off   to  his   "sister",  the   trainee  that   actually  had  the  decency

to   admit  that   she  had   damaged  (  destroyed )  the   Chronometer,

and  when   she  was   on  the  telephone   with  me,   the  customer,

she   told   me   that   the  OWNER   had  asked   her   to  do   this,  and

according  to  her,   the one   that   the   thief,   the  owner,   told   her

to  tell  me,   the  customer,   was   that   my  good   and  valuable  

Chronometer   was,  TO  USE   HER   WORD:  " JUNK ".

Now,  why,  exactly,   that   the   owner   would   have  a   trainee-clerk

attempt   to   do  a   link  removal,   when  she  was   plainly  incompetent  

to  do  this  work,  is  a  mystery  to  me.   

But,  all  I  can  do,  is  to  REPORT  TO  YOU,  the  READERS  OF   THIS

RIPOFF  REPORT,   what   happened.

I'm  not  a  mind -  reader;  I  can't  tell   you  why   stupid   people

do  the   silly,  stupid,   incompetent   things  they  do.

But,  what  is  IMPORTANT   HERE.....  is  this:

a)   BROTHERS  JEWELERS   DESTROYED  A   GOOD  AND   VALUABLE

      INVICTA   CHRONOMETER.

b)   AFTER   THE   DESTRUCTION   OF   THE   TIMEPIECE,  THEY
      REFUSED,   LIKE   ALL  THIEVES   AND    HIJACKERS,  TO  BE

      RESPONSIBLE   FOR  THEIR   MISCALCULATIONS,   AND   

      ERRONEOUS   MISJUDGEMENTS.    

c)   I  asked   very  politely,   for  the   OWNER   to   call  me  

      about   the   DESTRUCTION   of   my  good  and   valuable

      INVICTA   CHRONOMETER.

d)   HOWEVER:   The   ruthless,    dishonest,   and   cowardly  

      owner   of   the   shop,   REFUSED   to   call  me.   

e)   NOW,   they   own   the   Chronometer.    They  must  have  

      wanted  my   Chronometer   pretty  badly,  to  have   done  

      the   crooked,   dishonest   things   they  did   to   get  it.

f)    The  ONLY   matter   left,  is   for   BROTHERS  JEWELERS

       to   decide   when and  how   they  are  going  to  compensate

       this  formerly   loyal   customer,  for  the  Chronometer  they

       have  purloined.

       And,   you   can  believe  me,   they  WILL  CERTAINLY  

       PAY  FOR  THEIR   CRIMES,  and  my   (  former  )  

       Chronometer.

       I  WILL   TAKE   $150.00   U.S.,  for   my  (  former  )  

       INVICTA   CHRONOMETER.

       The   so-called  "owner"   of  this   tiny  business,

       CHRONOMETER   he  took  in  over   18  MONTHS

       AGO.    HE   APPARENTLY  WANTED  TO  MAKE  THIS

       GORGEOUS   AND    RUGGED   PIECE  HIS  OWN,

       BECAUSE   HAS  CREATED   THE  IMPRESSION

       THAT  HIS   TRAINEE  (  employee ????   )   destroyed

       my   Chronometer,   and  then,   caused   this   little  

       trainee,  to   tell  me,   that   SHE,  the  trainee,   had

       destroyed   my  Chronometer,   and   further,   that  

       my  good  and  valuable   Chronometer,   was,  in HIS

       word :   JUNK.

       HIS  REPLY,   IS  A   BOILERPLATE   reply   that  one  

       would  entirely   expect   from  a   two-bit  thief,   and

       loser.

       examine   each  and  every  word  of  my  complaint.

    One:   YOU   ARE   GUILTY  OF    THE  CRIME   OF  THEFT  THROUGH  CONVERSION. 

   Two:    Although   there  may  be   the  possibility   of   one  or   two

small  facts   that   are   adjustable,  here,   the  major  facts  are  just

as  I   have   presented   them.    You  took  in  a   valuable  

Chronometer,   for  a  MINOR   bracelet   adjustment.   It  is  an  ALL-

METAL   bracelet,   with  a  metal   deplioyment   clasp.   THERE  

WAS NO  ' DRY  ROT '.     How   can   there   be  "dry  rot "   with  a 

metal    bracelet ?

Therefore,   you   are   either   lieing,   or,   you  can't   even   re-

member   the   crimes   you  commit.

Never-the-less,   BROTHERS  JEWELERS,   you   took  in  a  good  and 

valuable   INVICTA   CHRONOMETER,   your  emplooyee   informed

me   that   she  had  destroyed   the   bracelet,   and   that  YOU, 

sir, attempted  to  mitigate  your   own  carelessness,   by   telling  

the  trainee,   who   was   not   qualified  to  even  ATTEMPT

to   remove   a  link   in   the  bracelet,  that   the   destroyed  

bracelet   was   MY   problem,  because   the    Chrnometer   itself

was  -  and  I  quote   the  employee  -    "JUNK".

Well,  sir,   it  has  been   18  months   since   your  employee  informed

me   that   she  had   destroyed   my  good  and  valuable   item.  And,

I   politely  asked,   with  no  angst  whatever,   to  speak  to YOU,  sir,

about  the   destroyed   item.

YOU   REFUSED   TO   CALL  ME  BACK.   ALSO :   YOU  NEVER, IN   

ALL THESE   18    MONTHS,   ATTEMPTED   TO   DEAL   WITH  ME

ON  THE   ISSUE.

NO,  SIR.

BROTHERS  JEWELERS   has   STOLEN,  THROUGH   CONVERSION,

A   GOOD  AND  VALUABLE  CHRONOMETER.

Now,  sir,  the   INVICTA   CHRONOMETER   belongs  to  you.   You

kept   the   item,  so,  now,  it  is  yours.

THE   ONLY  QUESTION   REMAINING:    is   how  you   intend  to 

compensate  me   for  the   THEFT.

My  next  steps   with   be   entirely  predictable.

YOUR   REPUTATION   IS  AT  STAKE,   SIR.

AND,  YOU,  SIR,  WILL  HANDLE   THIS   PIECE  OF  BUSINESS

IN  AN  UPRIGHT,   ETHICAL,  AND   LEGITIMATE  FASHION,

OR  I  WILL   TAKE   STEPS   TO  LET   THE   COMMUNITY  

OF   GROVE,   OKLAHOMA,  AND   DELAWARE   COUNTY,

KNOW   WHAT  YOU  HAVE  BECOME.    DO  NOT   THINK,  SIR,

FOR   ONE   MINUTE,   THAT   YOU  ARE   JUST   GOING   TO  

" WALK  AWAY "  FROM   THIS   CRIME.

To you buzz sawyer you are not telling the truth about any of what happened the watch band was dry rotted and fell apart while trying to take links out of the band we never told you it was JUNK we told you to get a new band ordered for the watch and we would replace it for you at NO CHARGE to you and you blew up at my sister who you call the trainee I cant believe you would write this on here as i recall all you ever spent money here for was watch batteries which we always did for you. this is a family run store and you are not welcome here anymore come pick up your watch and and get your 16.00 refund we do not need people like you in our very friendly and competent business thats too bad you had to do this we really liked you and enjoyed the many visits with you but like all things i will not let you badger my family or any one of us.
