BUDGET BLINDS RIPOFF POOR NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNFULFILLED PROMISES LAGUNA NIGUEL California

Blinds were installed by Budget Blinds. Many have broken twist rods and clips for the decorative valances. Calls for repair go unanswered indefinitely. Usually no answer on phone, must leave message and no one calls back. One time we got a live person on the phone -- the owner, Janelle -- she promised to mail us replacement clips for the valances and to have her repair person call when he returned from vacation. (This was after numerous unreturned calls to Budget Blinds.) About a week went by and no clips were recieved in the mail. We called again -- getting voicemail only again -- and mentioned the previous discussion and that we had not yet received the clips, nor the phone call from the repairman; we offered to come pick up the clips if they could provide a physical address. Another week and a half have now passed, and wouldn't you know, still no clips and no phone call!! We just called again and got only voicemail. This is horrible customer service!!
