I spoke with Budget blinds agent, Gregg Hunsberger, and told him I wanted metal bead bearings, just checked all of them, and they are plastic.  Unless he makes good by me, I don't recommend anyone using them. The owner's name is Greg Hunsberger of Budget Blinds serving Fort Lauderdale and Westin.

Price wasn't bad, they took over two months to install my blinds,

Budget blind wasted some of my time and deliveraed the wrong berrings.

  One time they called at appointment time said. Sorry our mistake we don't have the items yet. I drove all the way home, and a couple of mins after the appointment they called me and said Budget Blidns doesn't have the product, we will have to reschedule.
