Budget Dumpster JOHN M. FENN Placed Dumpster In Usuable Location, Refused To Move It Without Charging Additional Fees WESTLAKE Ohio

Do not use this company. My 81 year old father-in-law ordered a dumpster so he could work on cleaning out his house. The dumpster was placed too close to the house so that the door to the dumpster could not be opened. Upon calling to request the dumpster to be slid a few feet farther from the house he was informed that it would be $150 fee. My wife and myself both attempted to reason with Budget Dumpster to waive the fee so that the dumpster could be used, but the people we spoke with at the company were unwilling and uninterested in resolving the problem.

They stated that he didn't specifically request that the door to the dumpster could be used, so it wasn't their issue. Instead they suggested that an 81 year old man throw things over the walls of the dumpster in lieu of using the door. We have the need for many more dumpster loads before the house is completely cleaned out, and I can guarantee you we will never use Budget Dumpster again.
