Budget Dumpster Fraudulent charges, boiler room tactics St. Petersburg Florida

This dumpster company is a nightmare!! They were two days late in delivering the dumpster which I picked up off a Groupon for around 300 dollars. They refused to pick the dumpster up for over 90 days and then charged me 10 dollars a day for a total of over 1200 dollars for one dumpster load of garbage. Which by the way can't have electroincs or tires in it. It gets worse, not only is the collections department incredibly rude, they charge you without any consent to the charges. I just had a poorly educated, ebonics slurring, angry office woman call my phone 6 times in less than 5 minutes during the work day when I trying to talk to my clients. I told her to call my secretary, she refused instead saying, "Well I'm just going to go ahead and charge you anyways." I refused the charges and not two minutes later I recieve an email of confirmation of payment. Needless to say I was bit a flustered and had to excuse myself from my clients. The horribly rude woman's name (which she refused to provide me with) is JULIANNE M. Her manager, MICHAEL HALL, also tried to defend her actions via email. I was treated rudely, my time has been wasted, and now I need to get a new Credit Card because I filed a fraud dispute. I would not advise anyone to use this dumpster company.
