I ordered a dumpster from this company.  They promised delivery on a Friday.  Well, Friday came but the dumpster didn't.  On Monday, I called them and asked what happened.  They appologized and told me they had over-booked.  They even said I could keep the dumpster an extra two weeks if I wanted.  They sounded sincere, so I told them to bring it out when they got one.  They brought it on the following Thursday. 

I kept the dumpster for two weeks then made a request for the dumpster to be removed on their website. They sent me an email confirming my request and I thought it was done.  After 3 days, I called them to ask why they hadn't picked it up.  They said they were overwelmed by emails, and I should have called.  (they should tell you this on their website where it says click here to schedule a pickup)  They scheduled the pickup for the next day.  

Two weeks later, I get a charge on my credit card for $80.  I called to ask why.  The lady was really rude saying I had it 8 days longer than I should have.  I asked her to check the records and she would see that I did not have it longer than the days I was supposed to, and that I was even promised an extra two weeks because they didn't deliver on time.   She would not budge.

This company has a website and offers to deliver dumpsters all over the country.  They appear to be a broker of some sort subcontracting with dumpster companies in various cities. 

The service I received was autrocious and I felt like they did everything possible to get additional days.  I felt ripped off, and will never use them again.  I told them in advance I was going to be reviewing them all over, and they didn't seem to care.   If you use them, make sure you document every promise they make and check around, I'm sure there are cheaper places to get this service.   This is the most expensive dumpster I have ever rented.
