My daughter had to say there for a night . She pulled back the sheets and saw a bug. Cockroach or bedbug..doesn't matter they are both gross. She had went to the office and the guy was rude. She called me upset so I called. I was answered by a very rude boy named "Paul". I told "Paul" I had received a picture  of a bug in the bed. He asked me what did I want him to do about it. He reminded me of those people who just have things handed to him and are nonchalant about people. "We got your money...we don't care" . I asked him what the mananagers name was and he stated that it did not matter but his name was "Paul". Again I asked for a last name ..he said verbatim that he doesn't have one because its his father... AWESOME. So I contacted the health department and I contacted a few others to let them know what a roach motel .
