This dealer is a broker for home warranty companies. The service is provided by a third party which has a bad record in BBB. The dealer is a woman by name Kelli Kassor who spun off a company called Builders appliance. She will talk to you nicely prior to signing up. Once you are signed up, it will be another 2 months before your warranty will start. Once it starts, she will not take any calls or respond to emails.
Beware of this dealer who claims of a good BBB record. The machinations and practices are unethical. Do not ever give your credit card number. They will charge it without authorization and also once they have the number, it is not safe. I had to cancel my card and asked the issuer to issue a new one.
