From the beginning they assured us they would be with us throughout the build process. As soon as they got paid they stop talking to us. We repeatedly sent emails, text and phone calls only to not get answered in a timely manner. My recommendation to all interested parties building their own home, DO NOT USE BGCH. Our neighbor started 1 month after us with U-Build-It and moved into their home in July. We're still not done and Dennis Celsor couldn't tell you what stage we're in because no one has checked in with us in over a month. Since we made the final payment in April they have only contacted me 2 times by phone. Mind you, we started in January and don't expect to be finished until October. Dennis LIED about the service and support they can/will provide. I will have this house done inspite of them.

BGCH contacted me to address my concerns of lack of support. After discussing the situation, they apologized, and we have worked things out to a satisfactory conclusion since they had added additional staff to better support customers.

Built Green Custom Homes Central Texas enables clients to manage the construction of their own custom home. This system works even in a rapidly growing market such as central Texas, where costs of construction are rising at 8% per year. BGCH strives to give excellent customer service. In this case, even though in some ways we went beyond the scope of our normal services as the client requested, obviously we did not meet the client's expectations. For that, we are sorry. We have recently added staff to try harder to make sure this does not occur again. In addition, we have reached out to the client to see what we can do to make things right at this stage.
