Work not done yet! No payment made, Good.  Paper work and info is hard to get from Bryan. Contract took one month to come by email. He knew it was insurance claim. The estimate had word INVOICE is on it and no number? 

Only cell phone contact and not answered with business name and only by him.  Only sales call left  no paper work or a business card. Promised estimate that 4-18 and I emailed many times and recieved 5-15.

STRANGE.. last night at dinner, got a call from worker/owner Bryan. to make payment through paypal link he would send me right away.  (he doesn't nake contact a great deal)

Called dinnertime last night to make payment thru his link from paypal. This morning at 10:00 am,  he asked why I hadn't sent it?   On a Saturday morning and he wanted it on a DEBIT CARD only. See if my would allow a larger transactions thru DEBIT CARD. 

He had people calling like crazy for pools, because that was my real concern.

Morton posted at 8 am 6-4, this all happened 6/3 and 6/4 to me.

My name is Bryan Ruff and I am the owner of Built Right Pools.  I have never and would never pressure someone for money. Especially a deposit for pool in our busiest season in over 4 years. As of now we are booking well after July 4th. 

As for Laura's situation. Her request to me personally was "Please get me in soon. I don't want to wait until august to get my pool in". 

I told her "Laura were booking up fast. If you don't get your deposit in I can't put you in line for an installation date."

I don't order pools until they are deposited on. We cant afford to stock pools if you change your mind.

I didn't mean it as "Pushing for money" I saw it as "If you want a pool in your yard soon you need to get your deposit in soon.

I was only trying to help. I am a owner operator NOT a large company.

As for credit cards. This customer is the only customer that requested to pay by debit card the whole year. If I can upload an image on rip-off report of our Paypal merchant account I can easily prove that. Normally our customers mail in checks. 

I am sorry if you took my request the wrong way Laura. But please don't accuse me of being unethical. It hurts my feelings.
