On August 28th of 2007 and purchased a Bully Xtreme @ exercise machine and a package of bonus items. This was in response to an email blitz by the company offering a special deal because it was the CEO's, supposedly an ex-Ranger named Frank Sherill, sons' birthday celebration. Almost immediately I recieved an order confirmation email and information indicating the item would be shipped Fed Ex with the tracking number to follow. Nothing. I was able to track down a telephone number through Pay Pal, 918-418-3153, and reached a recording with a message to the effect that the items were back ordered and would be shipped upon receipt.
Time passes and I attempt to check the order status but none of the customer service links on the website go anywhere - dead-end urls. I contact Pay Pal for reinmbursement, and I'm informed that to much time has passed, over 60 days and they can not re-imburse the money. The website is still advertising, but I've found other mentions of "failure to deliver" in various online forums, including Amazon.

To Whom It May Concern:
When we saw this complaint we attempted to resolve this matter with this individual.
Unfortunately he never posted his name.
This service "ripoff reports" will not give information out unless you pay them to resolve the dispute.
We tracked every customer from the state of Nevada and finally deciphered who CBM from Henderson Nevada was.
We emailed him and apologized for any problems he had incurred. We confirmed that he had received the product. And sent him at our expense an additional product a set of Golds Gym Resistance bands at no cost to him (retail value $59.99 +S&H)
He was still not happy with the FREE Resistance bands. So I offered to refund all his money and to just return the products. This was months ago.
To this date July 11th, 2008 he still has not responded. (A very common issue with this individual)
In Summary: He purchased an inexpensive product from us and was given 3 times as much value.
Needless to say unfortunately even though I personally tried it seems you can't please everyone.
Having sold thousands of units having 1 or 2 unhappy customers I guess is to be expected.
I strive to please everyone and if they are not happy with our product we honor our money back guarantee for 4 months. I also offer a double your money back guarantee.
I will be in the next few months extending our money back policy to One (1) FULL YEAR.

After several months of frustration I contacted the consumers affairs division in Union NJ. The very pleasent woman I spoke with indicated that she believed the address I gave to be in a residential apartment complex, but that they would look into it. "Coincidentaly" I finally received a response from the company about a week later, presumably to one of the email complaints that I'ld sent try to resolve the situation. Miracle of miracles, there was a shipping error, and I received the product a couple of weeks later. Unfortunetly, the books I was supposed to receive were sold out, so they provided a link to download them on line. Additionally, they threw in a set of exercise bands for my inconvenience. If the machine is so great, what the hell do I need exercise bands for? Still not happy, and wont do business with them again.

It has been several months since I responded to this report and NO ONE has contacted us regarding this issue.
We believe this to be a hoax!
We have no one by this name as a paid customer. We believe this to be a malicious attempt to slander our company. More than 10,000 Bully's have been sold in the last 2 plus years and have had no problems with our customers or returns!
