The experience in buying through Bulq.com was extremely poor, do not purchase through this liquidation site. The organization is terrible in every way possible, their MSRP value is over inflated by 88.28%; take this into consideration if you are planning your cost of recovery with the items purchased. The pallet received had several missing items and multiple mismatched units versus what was expected. In addition to this issue, the pallet purchased was “Brand New” but contained several damaged and nonoperational units; nearly all nonoperational units were high value items from the purchase. This resulted in lost freight, time and customer returns, further reducing the recapture costs by 24.5% of our total revenue. The pallet cost was $1,839.58 ($150.00 of this was shipping), the total MSRP value was scoped at $26,304; given this factor the total revenue recovered on the 319 items associated with this purchase has only amounted to $2,477.52 or a net gain of $637.94. I reached out to their customer service team 2/7/2016 and have not yet received any follow up as of 2/24/16 on the issues outlined above.

Unfortunately the customer service agent only highlighted the manifest discrepancy in their email sent yesterday. Naturally, this is only one small piece of the issue identified; the level of damaged and nonoperational units has been excessive and unacceptable. I would imagine that your organization should focus your energy on making this right for all customers. If you decide to contact me with some actionable resolution, I will be happy to provide you with a detailed recap of the customer complaints I have received from the items purchased through Bulq.
Looking forward to getting this resolved.
