I got ripped off just like the other guy in the other ripoff report for BumpMyLock.com
I placed my order. I was charged. They never fulfilled the order. They never shipped anything. And they NEVER contacted me through email.
If you look on the website you can see they give a fake 1-888 phone number and when you click on "support" it takes you to a fake webpage that says "not found".
I am very worried that they will charge my card again in the future or sell my card information online. I will have to get a new card now I guess.
Just because a website looks nice doesn't mean its a legitimate business. I wish I had looked up reviews before placing my order.

The above mentioned allegations are completely false and unfounded. We always ship unless a customer cancels or our processor suspects fraud. In either of these cases, a refund is issued. Our phones work just fine and we always return messages, if a customer actually leaves a message. Our email and messages also work just fine, and we always return emails and messages through the admin. All a customer has to do is contact us with a concern and we will address it. It sounds like this customer might have preordered an item and did not read that part of his/her receipt, or notice the "preorder" button on the item instead of "add to cart". Per the definition of "preorder", we cannot ship until the item is in stock. Thanks!
