Burlington Coat Factory store policy not in view Phoenix Arizona

I had purchase some towels and had to return them the next day. They had removed their no return policy signs and replaced them with a 10% military discount sign.

There was one sign but it was 25 feet in the air and not visible unless you looled up at the ceiling. I reported this to the personel and online to the director of sales.

If I had been able to see the sign I would not have made a purchase. The signs that were visible had been replaced by the military discount signs.

This is a rip-off. They hide the signs and then refuse to allow you to return the items. It seems like a deceptive, devious way to make a sale and I now tell all my friends notto shop there. I hope you will boycott the store also.
