Business Development Division-Nevada Failure to Provide Services as Promised Las Vegas, Nevada

I was signed up with FLS systems and they put me in touch with Business Development System (BDS) to create an LLC and get me listed on D&B. Suddenly I didn't get a call from my FLS coach and the BDS failed to email the necessary documents for starting up the LLC. I tried for over a week to contact all the companies including Wholesale Match. I tried all the emails and phone numbers they gave me. Non of them answered and in fact the phone disconnected.

I would get a phone message in some cases and they indicated our business is important to them and hold until the next agent is available; I waited and the phone would go dead. I was told by one secretary that their server went down and it will take a while to fix. I paid thousands of dollars to all these companies and the services were not rendered as promised. I contacted my credit cards to report the scam and they said they would credit my account and do an investigation on these companies.

It is not over yet, but I need to warn others of this scam as well. I was supposed to get an LLC with a listing with the D&B and get an online website business with expectations of making a lot of money. The only ones that made money were the scammers. I lost a lot of other expenses and this all came when I was put on half time at my job and now may loose my house as a result of all of this. A house I was supposed to be able to pay off with this system.
