I was contacted several times by Kurt with Business Recovery Services and more or less pressures to buy their kit. He told me several times that time was running short if I wanted to make any attempts and getting my money back from SMC, eMerchant Club and two advertising/marketing companies I was dealing wtih (Advanced Web Solutions and National Marketers, LLC) Kurt even led me to this website so that I could see all the complaings lodged against SMC.

During these conversations I was assured several times that if after receiving the kit I did not feel that it would meet my needs that I could return the kit and get a full refund. I was called by the owner of the company, Brian Hessler, and was informed that I would not get my money back because I did not have a justifiable reason for returning the kit. Mr. Hessler said in a message left on my sell phone that the reason I wasn't getting anywhere with getting my money back was because "I couldn't seperate fact from fiction."

Mr. Hessler also said that he could provide a recording to BBB authorizating them to charge my credit card for the kit, but that he did not have anything saying that I could get my money back. I asked Kurt and Vincent several times about returning the kit and getting the charge reversed. If I knew I wouldn't get my money back, I wouldn't have ordered the kit in the first place. After being scamed by the above businesses, I was using extreem caution with this company (or so I thought).
