As I've seen in many other filings, this company talked with me on the phone, took information, and sent contracts for signature. They charged my card before the contract arrived. After reading the T's and C's, I changed my mind and did not sign of send in the contract or card authorization slip.
I've heard all sorts of crap from '... we do not sell we advertise ...' to '... you have received more then 20 hits...' to 'your refund only applies if you sell it with 15%...'. All smoke. I looked at every 'sale' they have been around and the numbers are nothing like the promise of sell '... very very quick as the market is red hot for your property...'.
Stay away if you can. Stay away of you can't. Stay away!
By the way, I'm not interested in a form letter reply from the owner or one of his numb skulls people.
