 BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com sold me mud flaps on 05/13/2013 but here it is 06/04/2013 and they haven't been delivered. I contacted them a couple times. They had me do the home work to my dismay. FedEx shipped to the wrong address. The problem here is BuyAutoTruckAccessories.com's apparent method of solving this problem is having me the customer do the work. I have to call FedEx. I have to call the parts guys. I have to give them the info to contact FedEx. I have to wait on the phone with the parts guys and fedex. That's not customer service. I work and it's wholly inconvenient and infuriating for a customer service person to demand I do their work. Bottom line, no parts, no refund and no satisfaction. Before you think to save money, consider what poor customer service imposing on your time to fix their problems is worth. I thought they'd handle it, confirm I didn't get the parts and ship me out a replacement with expedited delivery. No way, that is not the case. Now I face having to take the time to charge back the item and go through all that time. It's very frustrating. I finally told them I'd make complaints online if they didn't solve my problems today and they viewed that as a threat, shoving their nose up again at me.

I'll accept the promised shipment again but let's be honest, that is not how it happened. I contacted you after about a week of not receiving the package and you said it was still in transit. Then I contacted you again and your department was adamant that the package was delivered HERE to my house. I consulted my surveillance cameras for and no record of the driver from Fed Ex. It wasn't until I called twice more and ten more days passed and I called FedEx myself that you responded to FedEx. I HAD TO PROVIDE YOU with the FedEx complaint number. I had to call you numerous times. I had to speak to FedEx multiple times. Delivering my son's part isn't going to aleviate the frustration you caused me over this as you hope. It is what it is. Your customers that read this should know that in case a delivery isn't made properly on you or your shipper's part that it will take the customer hours of being on the phone and tracking things down and reporting. I ordered this the middle of May and it's the end of the first week in June and you're offering  a promise of regular way standard delivery again on the item as if I just purchased it again today now that you've confirmed what we've known from a week ago. So if you mess up on delivery it's going to take hours of the customer's work on the phones and about a month before it gets settled (at least in my case) if the part comes as promised in several days. I'm  not mentioning the fact your people challenging me so heavily in such a way that challenged my stating the delivery did not not come here. We'll see if the part does in fact come as you now promise. It is what it is. Promising to deliver as ordered a month later with hours of work on the phones by me is little compensation as you suggest it should be. You're not even offering to send the part next or 2nd day. Just so we're clear and honest about how it went down.

Dear Sir,

We are very sorry to hear about this situation. As soon as we were made aware of it, we contacted FedEx and started a trace on the package. Because Fed Ex delivered it to the wrong address, we needed to allow time for FedEx to properly locate the delivered package.

We would like to remedy the situation by sending you a new part. We hope this alleviates any frustration you have encountered from this order. Thank you.
