Buyloud.com incopitent San Fernando California

I was shopping around for speakers and found a deal at BUYLOUD.COM. They stated in the web site if you used a personel check instead of credit card you would receive 5 dollars off the total price. Not liking credit card payments I sent out my personel check early december. I didn't care when they got here as long as they did. So I kept checking the site under the "order status" on the webs, it said waiting for payment then it said "order processing".
Then one day I was going to check how my order was going, and the website wouldn't come up, it said it was under construction or something.
It's Jan.30 now and I went to check and found all this garbage about people getting ripped off. I think I going to go dig out my carbon copy of the check and contact some attorneys.
