I bought a multi-feature desk phone from these people. No manual, and same can't be found on the net. Forget any customer service; all requests have been acknowledged, then routinely ignored, except for one reply in which I was sent a link to a site which did not exist; and they ignored me again when I brought that to their attention. If you call their sales number, nobody knows anything, you go on hold until you've had enough and hang up. Go to Vegas, your odds will be much better. These people suck.
