ON 01/07/08 I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SET OF FOUR PHONES WITH AN ANSWERING MACHINE THROUGH THIS COMPANY AND RECEIVED THEM 5 DAYS LATER. 24 HOURS LATER AFTER CHARGING THEM, 3 OUT OF THE 4 PHONE BATTERIES WOULD NOT HOLD A CHARGE. I TRIED TO CALL THE COMPANY, BUT THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY DON'T ASSIST YOU WITH ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE EXCEPT SALES. SO I E-MAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPEATEDLY TO NO AVAIL FOR THREE WEEKS AND THEN I CALLED THE COMPANY BACK FURIOUS. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD SHIP OUT REPLACEMENT BATTERIES THAT DAY. THREE DAYS LATER I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE BATTERIES AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE SENT BY POSTAL MAIL AND WOULD TAKE 5 DAYS. WHEN IT DIDN'T COME A WEEK LATER, I CALLED THEM BACK. I WAS TOLD THAT IT SHIPPED OUT BY UPS THE DAY BEFORE, SO APPARENTLY I WAS LIED TO A WEEK BEFORE ABOUT IT BEING SHIPPED OUT IMMEDIATELY AND THEN ALSO THE NEXT TIME I CALLED ABOUT IT BEING SENT BY POSTAL MAIL. LAST FRIDAY THE BATTERIES ARRIVED BY UPS AND WERE ICE COLD, BUT I PUT THEM IN THE PHONES AND TRIED AGAIN TO CHARGE THEM FOR 24 HOURS. OF COURSE THEY DIDN'T WORK. I CALLED THE COMPANY BACK TODAY 02/04/08 AND WAS TOLD TO SHIP THE PHONES BACK AND THEY WOULD SHIP ME NEW ONES. I ASKED FOR SHIPPING LABELS TO BE SENT TO ME, SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP BACK THE PHONES. MARK THE OFFICE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD E-MAIL THEM TO ME IN A COUPLE HOURS. I EXPLAINED THAT MY PRINTER IS NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW AND I WOULD NEED THEM MAILED TO ME. HE STATED THAT THEY DON'T DO THAT, SO I AGREED TO HAVE THEM E-MAILED TO ME AND I COULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PRINT THEM OUT.

I WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF. THE PRODUCTS ARE USED. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT DOES NOT RESPOND. THE OFFICE MANAGER MARK IS SUPPOSEDLY THE ONLY SUPERVISOR THAT WORKS THERE AND HE IS RUDE AND UNHELPFUL.

I ORDERED THESE PHONES ON 01/07/08 AND HERE IS IT A MONTH LATER AND I STILL ONLY HAVE ONE WORKING PHONE OUT OF 4 AND THE COMPANY COULD CARE LESS. I REPEATELY E-MAILED THEM ADVISING THAT I WOULD POST THEIR POOR SERVICES ONLINE EVERYWHERE AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND, SO THEY DON'T EVEN CARE IF EVERYONE KNOWS HOW AWFUL THEY. THEY ALREADY HAVE MY MONEY, SO THEY COULD CARE LESS WHETHER MY PHONES WORK OR NOT. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I SUGGEST THAT NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER, UNLESS YOU LIKE BUYING JUNK AND NOT BEING ABLE TO RETURN IT. OH AND BY THE WAY. THEY WON'T REFUND THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR MONEY IF YOU RETURN SOMETHING EITHER, WHICH IS WHY I'VE BEEN ENDURING THIS HASSLE FOR SO LONG OR I WOULD HAVE RETURNED THEM FOR MY MONEY BACK. THEY WILL ONLY REFUND A FRACTION. BUT THEY WILL SELL YOU ANOTHER JUNK ITEM IF YOU WOULD LIKE. PLEASE TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO USE BUYMEBUYME.COM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, SELL YOU JUNK, LIE TO YOU AND IT WILL TAKE MONTHS TO EVER GET ANY OF YOUR MONEY BACK, IF AT ALL. I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW WHO THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS AND TELL THEM JUST HOW BAD THEIR SERVICE IS AND THAT THEY WON'T BE IN BUSINESS LONG WITH THESE PRACTICES, BUT THEN I'M SURE THEY ALREADY KNOW THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE!

I'VE NEVER BEEN CONTACTED BY ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY DESPITE THE REPEATED MESSAGES I'VE LEFT AND EVERY TIME THAT I'VE SPOKEN WITH MARK AT BUYMEBUYME.COM, HE HAS REFUSED TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND AND HAS EVEN SAID IT WITH AN ATTITUDE AS THOUGH I'VE DONE SOMETHING WRONG. HE EVEN LIED AND SAID THE BATTERIES THAT I SENT BACK WERE NOT DEAD, BUT I PUT EACH ONE OF THEM IN THE ONE PHONE THAT WORKS AND EACH ONE WOULD NOT WORK. I'VE DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE BATTERIES ELSEWHERE AND I WILL DISCUSS WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE ABOUT RECEIVING A REIMBURSEMENT OF THE COST FROM BUYMEBUYME.COM.


THE ONLY OTHER THING I HAVE TO SAY IS THIS:

AFTER TWO MONTHS THIS SITUATION WILL FINALLY BE RESOLVED BY ME AT MY EXPENSE UNLESS THIS COMPANY IS FORCED TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE COST OF THE BATTERIES.

BEWARE ALL!

once again proves that buying or selling electronics online is pointless. something always doesn't work etc etc. the only companies you can trust is the companies that do b2b sales, where the buyer passes through a screening process first.

thats why we only sell gifts now.

I spoke with Mark on 02/26/08 who is one of only two people that you will ever talk to at this company, to report that I charged the 3rd set of batteries that he sent me by UPS again even though I explained that their trucks are not heated and that the cold permanently drains the batteries and makes them unable to charge. I asked him why the batteries can't be shipped another way to ensure they arrive in good condition or possibly shipped insulated as UPS instructed to prevent this. He stated that no more batteries will be shipped out and that the batteries that I sent back worked fine, after I told him that I'm tired of this hassle and I would like batteries that work immediately and tha this order was placed on 01/07/08 and I still have not received working batteries for the new phones that I ordered from this company as well as the phones arrived used and not new as I was told they would be when I ordered them.
Mark said he would not ship out anymore batteries and that I would have to send my phones back and he would not give me a full refund, since there is nothing wrong with the phones.

I'm convinced that this Mark is the owner of the company and it's not his real name, he is a scam artist. He also goes by the name Neil L. at this company on the companies phone directory system.
I've contacted the Attorney General's office and received a notice back from them that they are looking into this matter for me and will contact this company to try to mediate a resolution. The Attorney General also advised me that I could contact an attorney and file a civil suit as well, which is probably what will be needed to get my money back from this ripoff company.

I WILL AGAIN ADVISE EVERYONE AND ASK YOU TO PLEASE NOTIFY EVERYONE YOU KNOW OF THIS WEB COMPANY AND ALL IT'S AFFILIATE LINKS BECAUSE ALL THE LINKS BELONG TO THE SAME COMPANY WHICH I BELIEVE IS TWO OR THREE PEOPLE WHO ARE SCAM ARTISTS THAT ARE SELLING JUNK PRODUCTS TO PEOPLE AND TELLING THEM THEY ARE EITHER NEW AND THEIR NOT OR GOOD USED AND THEY DON'T WORK AND THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND YOU WON'T GET YOR MONEY BACK, SO PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL BE LISTED AS A BAD SOURCE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WHEN THIS INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE.

I spoke with an unnamed female (the same one that always answers their phone) yesterday 02/21/08 to check the status of my replacement batteries. She stated that they were shipped out and that I would receive an email with the UPS Tracking number on it by the end of business day. I didn't receive the email, so I called again today 02/22/08 and spoke to the same female who gave an incomplete tracking number which I discovered when I called UPS. I then had to call her back again to get the complete number and I checked it while I had her on the phone and it proved to be valid. I then called UPS, gave them the number and asked if the batteries would be shipped at room temperature. They explained that their trucks don't have heat and that if the batteries were not packaged correctly to protect then they would again arrive cold, dead and unable to charge. I called buymebuyme back and spoke with the rude man Mark that I've spoke with numerous times now and he stated that the batteries would be shipped the same way as always and that I need to wait until the batteries arrive and if they are dead and won't charge to call back AGAIN!!!
I even explained what UPS told me about their vehicles not having heat and what that would do to the batteries. He didn't care. I told him that this must be costing his company a great deal each time that he continues to ship the batteries in a manner that destroys them, not to mention the outrage I'm experiencing from this hassle. He again stated that he wouldn't do anything to help me right now!!!
I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND OF COURSE WAS TRANSFERRED AGAIN TO THE COMPANIES DIRECTORY, THIS TIME I LISTENED TO THE ENTIRE MENU OF CONTACTS AT THIS COMPANY, THIS WILL SHOCK YOU...... THERE'S A RECEPTIONIST, MR. NEIL LALWANI, ONE PERSON WHO YOU CAN'T MAKE OUT WHAT THEY ARE SAYING AND THEN GUESS WHO???? MARK WHO TAKES CALLS FOR SALES AND THEN MARK'S VOICE AGAIN THREE MORE TIMES WHO STATES THAT HE TAKES CALLS FOR ALL OF THESE DIFFERENT AREAS. I BELIEVE THERE ARE AT MOST 5 PEOPLE WHO WORK AT THIS COMPANY AND THEY WON'T RETURN CALLS, OFFER ASSISTANCE IN ANY WAY OR GIVE REFUNDS OF ANY KIND. I CAN SEE NOW THAT I WILL NEVER GET BATTERIES THAT WORK OR A REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I PLAN TO CONTACT MY ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AS WELL AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND PUTTING THIS RIPOFF COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESSA. FICTION
1) The employee states thier products carry a warranty they stand by.
2) That an RMA number has been issued for replacement batteries.
3) That customer satisfaction is a priority.
4) That steps will be taken to resolve this matter.

FACTS
1) Their warranty clearly states: warranty length, IF ANY is stated below. Then goes on to say they can charge a 25% restocking fee.
You only have 2 days to notify them of missing or damaged product of receipt and that the purchaser is liable for all shipping costs, including initial freght.

2) The problem is not getting an RMA number issued. It's actually receiving batteries that work without it taking two months. I've had two RMA numbers and received two sets of batteries now that were dead. Even when the RMA number is issued it can still take 2-3 weeks to receive the replacement item.

3) Their customer service consists of an online email link you can send to and then thier computer generates a response and then no one ever handles the problem until you repeatedly call their sales number.
Here's a copy of the last response they gave to this problem, which by the way was the same response as the other 10-15 emails I sent:

Your support ticket has been created and successfully dispatched to Customer Service. Here is the information you will need to access your ticket:

Followed by a link which takes you to your complaint and nothing else.
No responses, updates, contact person or resolution, all that is supposed to be a surprise I guess.

4) It's taken them a week to respond to this report on here.
I mailed the product back two weeks ago and I confirmed their receipt via UPS on Monday 02/11/08. It took a week for them to recieve the product back by their choice of shipping arrangements and still no one has contacted me, so let's see how long it will take for me receive the new batteries and if they are cold and dead again.
I WILL KEEP EVERYONE UPDATED, BUT NOTHING THEY DO WILL CHANGE THE PROOF I'VE ALREADY GIVEN ON THIS COMPANIES POOR SERVICE PRACTICES, READING THE WARRANTY ALONE IS ENOUGH, SO READ IT CAREFULLY.

FINAL STATEMENT:
They cared so much about this report that it's being handled by an anonymous EMPLOYEE instead of by a company ADMINISTRATOR that's willing to put his name on the line to back it up. That speaks volumes as well! Maybe it was also computered generated one wonders?
