I ordered and received Acoustic Research AW722 headphones. However, the charging base was defective. It would not recharge the batteries. I changed out the batteries and also tried another set of identical headphones, but it still did not recharge. I forwarded a request for a return, postage-paid label.
The company's response was to send me a RMA# to return the package at my expense. Upon requesting how the return postage was to be handled, I was told that this is a warranty replacement and that the buyer is responsible for return postage.
This is not a warranty replacement - they shipped a defective piece of merchandise.

The only reason this request was "received" by buymebuyme.com too late is the fact that they did not respond to four e-mails sent by me wherein I requested a return postage label to send the product back. After the "response time" had elapsed, they finally sent me a RMA to send the product back and then told me that I had exceeded the time to respond, that the complaint was now considered a warranty repair.
