Buyvogue.com Buyvogue.com are rip-offs . Do not buy from them. New Jersey

I recently purchased a Gucci shoes from Buyvogue.com. It took me almost a month to get the shoe.
During this time I had to contact customer service several times who were very rude and discourteous.
I finally got the shoe on 5/14/08
The shoe was WORN
It was the incorrect SIZE (Not size US 7 but about 8)
The shoe was also the incorrect type.
It was an older version which looks similar to the newer one.

This company seems like a rip-off.

I have attempted to contact this company but there is no phone number for them. I tried to contact them via their chat support but when I started asking for contact numbers name and address they just stopped chatting.
