Buz Post Trailer Connection ripoff BEWARE of buying from BUZ POST TRAILER CONNECTION. they do not stand behind their word Madisonville Texas

Right after we purchased the Exiss horse trailer, there were several service issues that occurred. It took some time, but most of the service issues were taken care, all but one, which is the axles squeaking. There have been several complaints made to Jim Kyle, GM, and to his boss, Buz Post, owner. We have also made complaints to Exiss, and the maker of the axles. We took the horse trailer to Jim back int the first of Feb. 05, and he said it appears the axles are too small for the size of the trailer and thats whats making the noise. He told us at the first of March he would haul the trailer himself back to Exiss to get the repairs done.

To this day, nothing else has been done. Jim Kyle has been putting this service issue off for several months now, which leads me to believe that he has no intesion to fix the problem. The times when I have talked with him on the phone, he is very short and rude, and never commits to a day to get the problem fixed. The last conversation I had with Mr. Kyle, which was on 4/20/05, he more less yelled at me, and told me he didn't have commit to a date to get the problem fixed, then hung up on me. I am very unhappy how this has been handled and the way I was treated. Please help me out on this matter.
