ByOwnerMLS.com /MLSMyHome.com/Michael J. Smith Did NOTHING/ Will not refund voluntarily Frisco Texas

I listed my home on Michael J. Smith's website, byownermls.com, on August 4, 2017. The same day I received an email from them saying that my listing had been syndicated to Trulia, Zillow, and a host of other websites. I checked. It had not. The next day I emailed them about this and received no response. I sent a second email and was incorrectly informed that they had responded to the first email. I should have known then that their plan was to lie. I reiterated my complaint and they gave the lame excuse that:

"t can take Zillow Truilia etc. several days to pick it up from our site. We will email them a copy of your listing.  It doesn’t appear on Realtor.com until it on the MLS by the assigned listing agent. Once you send everything back to them then they will list you onto the MLS."

Except no realtor ever contacted me.

On August 11th, I sent them another email requesting a full refund. I was sent this email:

I clicked on this link and requested my refund. To date, I have received no refund and they have ceased communicating with me.
