Does anyone have any updated news regarding this class action lawsuit. I believe they were to go to court in April 2006, and since we were royally ripped off from our escrow accounts with this company we are extremely interested in the outcome of this suit.

To others out there who are considering the lease program don't be a fool like we were. We team drove (husband & wife) and all of the "earnings" went into one household, yet even after driving an average of 6500 miles per week we ended up losing our home because of the charges against our earnings.

I thought we were smart and I thought we had thoroughly investigated the contract, but I am here to tell you we were not smart. Not only did we not fully understand the contract, we fell victim to the high pressure sign or go home tactic used. Then when we returned the truck as we were not getting the monies we had earned, we also lost out on over $18,000.00 that we had in our escrow accounts.

I have sent many, many letters requesting original invoices for the monies the supposedly spent from these accounts. I have never received even one justification.

DO NOT SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE. YOU WILL BE SORRY AND IF YOU MEET A LEASE OP THAT SWEARS HE IS MAKING MONEY I WOULD BET MY LIFE HE IS JUST TOO EMBARRASED TO TELL THE TRUTH.
